We are about to enter the Underworld phase of the celestial Venusian Rose Cycle, which can be an intense and profound time for transformation. We can transmute so much in this period of personal growth into immense power within our own “underworld” journeys, guided by the planet Venus herself.
What is the Venusian Rose Cycle?
Venus, also known as the Orbiting Star of Remembrance, traces a pattern in the sky that looks like a five-pointed star or five-petaled wild Rose. She embarks on 8-year cycles to complete one rotation of this immaculate star, woven in sidereal space. One 8-year cycle comprises five synoptic periods (star-points) that take 19 months long each to complete. Each period contains its unique energy and guidance through the heroine’s journey. We are soon entering her phase of the underworld.
From an astrological perspective …
The Sun and Venus align every 9.5 months. Each time Venus crosses paths with the Sun, she alternates between descending into the Morning Star phase (Greek Phōsphóros, meaning “light-bearer”) and the ascending Evening Star phase (Greek Hésperos, meaning “western”).
There are also two subphases; the Reset Phase; in this phase, the Interior (Inferior) conjunction takes place. This is the beginning of each star point; the reset phase occurs when Venus is between the Sun and the Earth. Venus appears as a Morning Star after going through an Interior conjunction.
The Underworld Phase is the phase when the exterior (superior) conjunction takes place. Meaning Venus is behind the Sun, furthest away from the Earth. Venus appears as Evening Star after going through exterior conjunction. This is where we are now.
The patterns of Venus are gorgeous– they form the heart of the Rose. They reveal Venus’s essence in her role as celestial guardian of the sacred Rose Garden of Eden.
The dance of the Sun, Venus, and Earth: their retrograde motions, synodic periods, distance, and orbits present us with patterns that resonate so deeply with the ancient origin point of the pure mythos of the Rose Lineage of Solar Masculine and Feminine Christ.
Calling upon the Dragon & Rose Allies
These ancient aches you may be feeling are from multiple lifetimes of thorns in your etheric heart that has remained in place. And the Dragons can assist in removing your inner hindrances, blockages, and pain points– so you can reclaim your true power.
The Dragons guard the Underworld, and the Underworld phase of the Venusian Cycle is where you will be most supported to one by one pull out those thorns and arrive fully home again to the remembrance of the rose.
The thorns’ holes are where you will receive the holy scriptures of your soul’s sovereignty.
The royal remembrance of the Rose is that we get to restore the heart and the Holy Family to its full glory from within our skin.
We get to reclaim the full redemption of the masculine and feminine faces of Christ through uniting in the holy matrimony of the High Holy Heart.
The Dragon guards and guides us so we may practice, develop, and master our inner eye so that we may see beyond the veils of illusion.
The Rose purifies the heart until it remembers it can never be broken. The preconceived feelings of being broken, it was truly opening you to more love.
The Dragon lifts our vibration so high that we may feel the Creator’s and Creatrix’s love again and be reborn from that love.
The Rose is a healing, soothing balm that softens anger that still lingers throughout the ages from the false patriarchal reign.
The Dragon anchors us into our wombs, deep into the cardinal point of our ancestors.
She anchors us into our mothers, grandmothers, and great-grandmother’s essence of purity and truth.
The Rose is self-love. She whispers poetry into every inch of your skin, so you rewrite your own love story from within.
She restores us to the inner Throne of our Queen’s full glory.
The Dragon helps us heal to the very root of our inner temple doorway.
