As we prepare to enter the Underworld phase of the Venusian Rose Cycle, we are invited to surrender deeper into the mysterious unknown.
The Underworld phase is when Venus moves behind the sun, and therefore can no longer be seen from Earth. It’s also called the exterior (superior) conjunction & is when Venus is the farthest away from the Earth – hence the “underworld” associations.
As Venus embarks into her Underworld phase, it’s very important to allow full permission in these next few months to touch the edges of our deepest discomfort, desires, & dark spaces. This will allow a sacred rite of passage to take place that will integrate our shadow and shape us to be truly embodied leaders in these powerful times of such great change.
We have been taught to be afraid of the darkness, the descent, the void, and unseen.
Despite what our cultures have taught us, the darkness isn’t something to be afraid of:
It is the yin state, the true fertile grounds of the feminine.
It’s a powerful time to rest, rejuvenate, reset, and integrate the deep shadows that can only be found once we fully go inwards.
It is within this darkness that the greatest purification can emerge.
Take up full residency of your Throne.
Even in the darker places and spaces within– that is a true Queen.
